Randy was great! Was able to meet us to view houses with little notice and got us into houses easily. Also is very knowledgeable about what a quality house looks like and is through on looking at pipes, foundation, structure. He steered us clear of a house that would be a money dump. He listened to our needs and wants and we were able to find a house in this hard market relatively quick for less than we were willing to spend!!! Double bonus ??
